IWET was founded with a vision of supporting modern veterinary medicine and providing real, practical assistance to veterinarians in their daily work. We specialize in the design and production of implants and surgical instruments created exclusively for animals — as the first company in Poland to offer such a dedicated range of products.
All our implants are manufactured from certified implant‑grade materials, and our production process follows the latest standards used in the medical device industry. This ensures that every product we deliver is safe, durable, and refined down to the smallest detail.
Our team’s extensive experience in designing implants for both humans and animals has allowed us to become one of the leading providers of veterinary implants in Poland.

Our company works closely with the developers of VPOP PRO and is continuously adding new products from our portfolio to the database. By selecting iwet from the list of manufacturers, you can independently choose the appropriate implant for your case.
If you cannot find our implant in the software, or if selecting the right one is challenging, simply send us your patient’s documentation — we will choose the correct product from our range or propose a custom solution.

We support veterinarians in choosing the right implants for orthopedic procedures such as TPLO, TTA, and fracture repair. By analyzing X‑rays with a calibration marker or CT scans, we can precisely match the implant to the specific needs of each patient.
